  Can I use a NOW TV promo code and the free trial offer?

  Yes you can. If you can see the 'apply a voucher' link in your account before the 14-day free trial ends then enter it and the offer will start at the end of the free trial period. If the link isn't there then you'll need to wait until the free trial has finished by signing into your account again and applying your NOW TV offer code

  What is a NOW TV Pass?

  A NOW TV Pass is your package as it were, the entertainment options you pick to watch without signing up to a contract.

  You can get Kids TV passes, Entertainment, Sky Cinema, hayu and Sports which offers more choice of Sky Sports Sports Month, Week or Day passes.

  What is a stick bundle?

  It’s an offer where a TV pass of a particular length is thrown in with the purchase of a NOW TV Smart Stick for a set price. If you just want the Smart Stick you can buy that separately.

  How much is NOW TV Sports Pass?

  You can choose from 4 different Sports Passes from Now TV:
  1. Sky Sports Day Pass: £9.99 for 24 hours
  2. Sky Sports Month Pass + Boost HD: £33.99 a month.
  
  With the Sky Sports Day, Week, and Month pass, you get access to all 11 Sky Sports channels.

  I’m a new customer, how do I use my NOW TV offer?

  You will need to create an account before you can apply your voucher. Even if you’re creating an account for the 7 day free trial, you can still use NOWTV vouchers for the relevant Pass. You’ll still need to enter payment details, even for the free trial.

  Can I use more than one NOW TV voucher?

  If you’re already using a voucher or offer for the Pass you’ve signed up with, you can apply another voucher for the same Pass, but the current offer must be in its last month and about to expire.

  How do I get a bigger discount at NOW TV?

  The beauty of NOW TV is that there’s no contract and you can come and go as you please. But if you don’t mind committing to a few months of the Cinema or Entertainment Passes - or both - then you can save more by paying upfront. The longer you sign up for, the more you save. Just bear in mind you won’t be able to get the free trial or a refund once you’ve signed up.

  Yes! You can add extra entertainment options to your NOW membership if it’s part of a BT package. After logging into your NOW account, you’ll be shown membership options. Choose the one you want, and the price will be added to your existing BT bill.
