What are Fashion Eyewear’s returns/ refund policies?
Fashion Eyewear aims to always make sure the customer is happy with their order. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can qualify for a full refund or an exchange by returning the item, unworn and with original packaging, within 14 days of delivery. If prescription glasses are returned, a minimum of £30 will be deducted from your refund. If you require a second exchange, a handling fee of £10 will be charged.

What glasses accessories are provided with my order?
Fashion Eyewear will always include the materials needed to keep your glasses safe and clean. Products come with a protective soft or hard case and a cleaning cloth. Please note: some items may not come with accessories due to the different policies of every brand.
