Next Working Day Delivery is available for £5.99 if you place your order before 17:00 Monday to Thursday, Pre 12 Next Working Day Delivery is available for £10.98 when placing your order before 17:00 and Weekend Delivery is available for £12.58.
Does Novatech offer free delivery?

Does Novatech accept returns?
Yes, they do. When ordering from Novatech you have 14 days from when you receive your order to change your mind and request a refund. You then have 14 days from informing Novatech that you would like to cancel your order to return your items to them.
Are returns free?
No, unless the items are being returned as they’re faulty or misdescribed then you are responsible for covering the costs of returning the items to Novatech.
Are there any items I can’t return?
Novatech is unable to accept returns of bespoke items such as customised laptops or PCs or any items that have a protective seal that has been broken.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order before it is dispatched by Novatech as well as return it when you receive it.
How long will my refund take?
If you cancel your order before it is dispatched you’ll receive your refund within 14 days of informing Novatech that you’d like to cancel your order. When returning your order after you’ve received it, you’ll receive your refund within 14 days of Novatech receiving your returned items.
