What is the cancellation policy at Rural Retreats?
You can cancel your booking by notifying Rural Retreats in writing at their address. There will be a charge to cancel your booking. The amount you are charged depends on how much notice you give from your holiday start date. If you give notice within 57 days, then you will only be charged the deposit. For 29 - 56 day, you will be charged 50% of the rental fee. For 1 - 28 days you will be charged the full amount.
