  What information do I need to make a booking?

  When making a booking, be sure to include the total number of passengers, including children and infants, your overseas accommodation address (resorts often have more than one building with the same name so include the full address to prevent any confusion), flight details, and your flight number †o ensure you are picked up and dropped off at the correct time.

• Payment

  Do I have to pay in full when I book?

  Yes, the full amount is due at the time of booking. You can pay with credit/debit card or PayPal. Once payment has been taken you’ll be sent a booking confirmation email and you’ll be able to print your e-ticket to present to the driver.

• Other Questions

  Can I change or cancel my booking?

  You can make some changes to your next bookings in the ‘My Bookings’ section of the Hoppa website. If you need to change details the address of your destination, amend flight times or numbers, add extra passengers or upgrade your vehicle type, you can do all of this up to 24 hours before the date of travel. You can also cancel your transfer bookings but you will have to pay a cancellation fee. These vary by supplier so it’s best to check your confirmation email for the specific terms and conditions.
   

• Refunds

  I had to cancel my trip due to COVID restrictions, can I get a refund?

   

  Hoppa is encouraging customers with existing bookings to amend their reservation as opposed to outright cancelling, which can be done via the ‘my booking’ section of the website. If you do have to cancel, Hoppa is currently refunding customers with Hoppa credits which can be used for future bookings with Hoppa.

  Can I use a hoppa discount code on anything?

  Well, this depends on the promotion. Some of our hoppa discount codes many only apply to selected bookings and transfers, so always check the T&Cs to avoid disappointment.
