In the UK you can returns your goods for free within 30 days of receipt and get a refund or exchange. Just make sure it’s unused, with packaging and tags intact. Fill in your returns form (you can download one from the website), pop it in your parcel, pack it up securely and attach the free Tracked Royal Mail Label (which you can get from the website) before taking it to your local Post Office.
