  How long does H Samuel standard delivery take?

  This service takes up to 6 days if you placed the order Monday to Thursday. Deliveries are not made on a Sunday. Orders placed on a Friday take up to seven days to arrive. The standard service is currently free with no minimum spend.
  
  You should get an estimated delivery date during checkout. You won't need to sign for the standard delivery service.

  How much is H Samuel express delivery?

  If you spend £40 or more, it’s free! You’ll need to order before 6pm Sunday to Friday to get the next-day service. It’s likely you will need to sign for your package and you’ll be kept updated on its every move with DX or Royal Mail tracking.
  
  For orders under £40 you’ll need to pay £4.95 to upgrade to Express delivery.

  Is there a minimum spend to get free delivery?

  It’s £40 or more for the standard service to get free home delivery, which should take 6 to 7 days.

  Do H Samuel do free returns?

  Unwanted items can be returned to store or by post for free. You have 30 days to return an item by post to get a full refund. You will need to print out a returns label from the Royal Mail website to get your return for free. If you can't print at home, show the email to the Post Office and they will be able to print it out for you.
